TDI Advanced Trimix Diver
TDI's most challenging open circuit course, certifying helium-based decompression dives to 100 metres.
The TDI Advanced Trimix course trains divers to safely and confidently use breathing gases containing helium for dives that require staged decompression to a maximum depth of 100 metres. You apply nitrox and oxygen mixtures while decompressing, and learn the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for using custom oxygen, helium and nitrogen gas mixes.
Recognised as one of TDI’s most challenging technical diving courses, Advanced Trimix offers highly rewarding experiences for skilled divers. Students are expected to possess an instructor-level skillset and mindset before enrolling, so that they can safely manage the complexities of deep technical dives. Few places offer better conditions to train to 100 metres than the deep walls of Gili Trawangan.
