The TDI Intro to Tech course introduces students to the world of technical diving. It is designed as the perfect bridge towards the TDI Advanced Nitrox and TDI Decompression Procedures courses, and is ideal for anyone looking for formal twin-tank training.
Course objectives are to familiarise you with technical equipment configurations, enhance core open water skills such as buoyancy, trim and situational awareness, and introduce advanced gas planning techniques. Intro to Tech is strictly a no-decompression course, and you are permitted to use enriched air nitrox mixes provided the gas is within your current level of certification.

Prerequisites
- Minimum age 18, or 15 with parental consent
- SDI Open Water Scuba Diver certification or equivalent
- Proof of 25 logged open water dives
