TDI Intro to Tech Instructor
Your first technical instructor rating, qualifying you to teach formal twin-tank, no-decompression diving.
The TDI Intro to Tech Instructor course is your first step into teaching technical diving. It is one thing to be a good technical diver, but are you ready to teach it? Many find the transition challenging, yet all find it immensely rewarding.
We will work with you to take your professional rating to the next level, with packages on instructor courses and pre- and post-course diving available. This year we are incorporating the Human Factors in Diving coursework into our Instructor Training Programs, a serious must-have for all dive professionals regardless of experience.
What you'll learn
- Teaching technical equipment configuration and twin-tank skills
- Coaching buoyancy, trim and situational awareness
- Delivering classroom and confined water sessions to standard
- Human Factors in Diving Essentials, integrated into the programme
Prerequisites
- Technical Diver certification at the required level
- Technical diving experience at the required level
